These terms govern your use of the Boolean Group website. By using this site, you agree to them. Where Boolean Group enters into a separate signed engagement letter with you, that letter takes precedence over these terms.

The site

This website is operated by BOOLEAN GROUP LTD. Its content is descriptive. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of outcomes, or professional advice. Any commercial engagement with Boolean Group is governed by a separate signed agreement.

Scope of services

Boolean Group provides recruitment and technical assessment services: we source candidates and carry out a role-specific technical assessment that results in a Technical Audit Record. The assessment is a structured professional opinion intended to reduce hiring risk. It is not a certification, a verification of every claim a candidate makes, or a guarantee of a candidate’s performance, suitability, or the success of any engagement.

We do not carry out background screening of any kind. This includes DBS or criminal record checks, financial or credit checks, sanctions screening, security clearance, employment or reference verification, and right-to-work checks. Where we pass on information about a candidate, we are relaying what the candidate has told us; we do not independently verify it. Responsibility for background and right-to-work checks, references, interviews, the hiring decision itself, onboarding and performance management rests with the client.

Submissions

When you submit information through any form on this site, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We handle submissions in line with our privacy notice.

Intellectual property

The site design, copy, logo and visual identity are the property of BOOLEAN GROUP LTD. You may reference or link to us; please do not reproduce the site or its contents in ways that imply an endorsement or affiliation we have not agreed to.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOOLEAN GROUP LTD is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site beyond what is set out in a signed engagement letter. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
