Tell us about your experience, skills and what you are looking for. A CV or profile link helps but is not essential at this stage.

We talk through your background, what you want next, salary or rate, location and notice period. No pressure and no obligation.

A relevant role
When we have a role that fits, we explain it in full: the company, the team, the work and the package. You decide whether to go further.

Assessment
A structured assessment relevant to that role. We tell you the format in advance so you can prepare.

Introduction and feedback
If it is a good match, we introduce you with your Technical Audit Record. Whatever the outcome, you get feedback.
What the assessment is like
It is a professional conversation about your work, not a trick quiz. Depending on the role it might be a technical discussion, a walkthrough of something you have built, a practical exercise or a case study. It is designed by people who know the discipline and kept proportionate to the role.
The result is a written record that represents you accurately, including your strengths, so an employer sees more than a list of keywords on a CV.
Your consent and your data
We never send your details to an employer without your explicit agreement for that specific role. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time.
We keep what you share only for as long as it is useful to your job search. Full details are in our privacy notice.
